the support acts included some of the best electronic talent to come out of
Reading in the last five years including Does this Offend you? (now signed)
and the eerily debonair Mr Fogg (who the girls in particular watched with
avid interest.) the venue too seemed well suited for the occasion the only
drawback being the ridiculous price of beer which unfortunately stopped the
rowdier elements from expressing thier true enthusiam for the miasma of
musical talent before them.

what they were looking for lined themselves up against the bars of the cage
which kept the musicians tightly in place.
comparisions to riser were obvious most being favourable especially in the
context of the arresting beauty of their new lead singer (Minna Harris).
after an interestingly mismatched start ODPS easily wrapped the crowd up
into a slow motion frenzy, crowding ever closer heads tilted back there they
stood, transfixed like bunnies at the bright lights and pretty colours.
swaying like zombies to the low down dirty whored out guitar riffs which
backed by an invisible but none the less alarming bassist. shit hot drumming
and those siren singers created enough eerie sideways noise to hypnotise
even the most invincible electrohead
